     Claim Aspects 
    
         
        - Total handling of the procedure of the  claim from registration of the claim to Final Settlement. It mainly includes  claim registration with Insurance Co. along with the preliminary available  information.
 
           
         
        - To Suggest and Discuss with the  Insurance Company for the Appointment of the Surveyor at the Incident of the  any claim.
 
           
         
        - To Make an M.O.U for the Insured for the  claims for appointment of the surveyor in Advance at the time of the placing  the policy to the Insurance Company.
 
           
         
        - To accompany the surveyor and to collect  ad provide the information at the time of the Survey with Co. Operation of  primary documents like Claim Intimation, Repairs or Replacement estimates,  Insurance Copies & proposal submitted to the insurance co. while  policy was taken.
 
           
         
        - To arrange the requirement from the  Surveyor and collect the concern documents related to the claim and forward the  same to the Surveyor and Insurance Company along with the final Claim Bill.
 
           
         
        - To keep the live touch with the  Surveyor and to Organization for preparation of the claims Papers and positive  release of the Preliminary report in the scheduled time frame and also release  of the final Survey report.
 
           
         
        - To check thorough the claim settlement  provided by the insurance co. with all the deduction like Excess, Under  Insurance, Salvage, Non Standard or any kind of deduction has to be made from  the insurance company and in case of the any discrepancy or unsatisfied  settlement claimed amount joint discussion with the Insurance company & the  surveyor before release of the Final Claim Discharge Voucher.
